Its Wet & Wild's Mega Slicks Lip Color Retractable Pencil!
Seriously, only $3!! Why do I LOVE the retractable feature? Because it sharpens as you twist up AND its nice to put the color down inside the pencil for hot days when you want to protect against melting! So genius!
I'm loving "Passion" (a bold watermelon) and "Peach Fuzz" (a soft pink)
Its a total beauty bargain, but note that they aren't that easy to find! Look for it at drugstores and retailers with large cosmetics departments (WalMart, Target, Ulta)
How about THAT for cheap and chic?!
