What was the sound? Oh, that was the sound of half my readers no longer paying attention because they saw 'hair' and 'oil' in the same post and they are thinking that there is no way that they could use OIL in their hair!!
Admittedly, I'm sure there are a few people with extremely oily scalp that maybe wouldn't benefit from this product, but that would be a rare instance.
Let me tell you about Argan Oil (sometimes also called Moroccan Oil):
Argan oil is an oil produced from the kernels of the argan tree, endemic to Morocco, that is valued for its nutritive, cosmetic and numerous medicinal properties.
Supporting women
All argan sold today is produced by a women's cooperative that shares the profits among the local women of the Berber tribe. The cooperative has established an ecosystem reforestation project so that the supply of argan oil will not run out and the income that is currently supporting the women will not disappear. The money is providing health care and education to the local women, and supporting the entire community as a whole.
The benefits for your hair are amazing!
The one I use is Agadir Argan Oil, you can find it on Amazon for the best price, $20 for 4oz
I use a quarter size amount on my wet hair when I get out of the shower, it dries my hair in half the time (air dry).
If your fly aways and your frizz becomes unmanageable during the day, they have a spray that you might find handy to have around:
which is from the same line and sold on Amazon.
I promise you won't be disappointed with this product!
PS- The 4oz bottle is barely half gone and its been 4 months since I bought it!
Sasha's salon in Clinton Square in Syracuse also sells the oil, spray and shampoo and conditioner!!
ReplyDeleteI love Argan Oil...I used to use CHI after styling my hair and it would just get weighed down and gunky. Argan oil is expensive, but totally worth it!
