I love this because the looks can be done in bright colors, or kept simple in black & white! Pair it with an elaborate outfit, or make the makeup speak for itself with all black - it all works!

I love the iridescent shadows used around the eyes (check out Urban Decay) and you can use temporary hair color in a can/spray from sally beauty to add in color!

This one is possibly the easiest to replicate - just outline it with a very light/neutral pencil first, then trace over with a gel eyeliner! Check out NYX's gel liner for an $8 product that is sure to give you the deep pigment

The light blue around the eyes is just stunning - I love the strategically placed rhinestones - pick up self-stick ones at AC Moore or Michael's for under $8
