My fav drug store buy this week

I ran out of my Estee Lauder Bold Mascara the other day - and in a pinch I decided to just grab something at Walgreens (my fav drug store by the way) and normally I would go for Covergirl Lash Blast because its a good product at a great price and I like that they have tinted shades to complement eye color.  BUT this time I decided to grab L'Oreal (normally NOT a fan) so that I can at least say I've tried something of theirs this year (lol).  AND......

I'm loving it!

I picked up their Double Extend Eye Illuminator Mascara

Which comes in 4 shades to work with different eye colors

One end is your mascara, which I have to say, separates and lengthens very well

The other side is an illuminating top coat that has a unique brush shape - this shape helps grab those tiny lashes on the ends!

This 'top coat' brightens the eye area

and when outdoors it really shines!

It DOES dry a bit harshly, so don't over coat the lashes, or they will be stiff and itchy!  Also I don't recommend this product for hard contact lens wearers (soft lenses are prob fine)

The product retails for $8 and I think you will like it if you give it a try!

Countless Color Pigments!

Thank you:
stila
for bringing out these new color pigments in these FAB bright cases, because I am totally thinking summertime right now!  LOVE!

Stila just launched these 7 pigment blends, which are HANDMADE (read: each is perfectly unique!) as they are pressed and baked to create little works of art!

The extreme pigmentation means that these powders will wear on and on and look great dusk till dawn!  (hello - perfect for a night out!)

You can use tapered shadow brushes to just pick up the color you want, or you can swipe the brush all over the product and create a blend, since the shades in each are complimentary!

How can you resist these awesome cases?!

Pick them up for $22 each

Having trouble deciding?  Go for

"Lyric"
Stila - Countless Color Pigments
and "Light Show"
Stila - Countless Color Pigments

You'll get a great range with these two.  The first is perfect for daytime, pair it was a super glossy peach lip and the second will give you this modern mermaid look that is bold and fun!  (Pair with neutral blush and a nude lip)

The Ultimate Lilac Lip Color - Discovered!

You'd think it would be easy to find the perfect shade of 'purple' well, really, LILAC, lip color - especially because I've been buying nearly every one I've seen for my Grammy since I was 16 years old....but truly it is not the easiest shade to master.

Well, YSL has answered all our cries for lilac-shaded help with "Iced Plum"

I am in LOVE with YSL's Volupte Sheer Candy Glossy Balm Lip color for these reasons
-It smells/tastes great
-The color glides on so easily
-There are tons of pigments in the balm, so the color lasts way longer than a typical gloss
-Its ultra hydrating, my lips never dry out when I wear it
-even the case screams 'glam'!

Search no more for that perfect purply shade of gloss

cause here it is!

http://www.sephora.com/volupte-sheer-candy-glossy-balm-crystal-color-P287104?skuId=1394238

Yes, it retails for $32, which is a huge investment for a gloss, but this particular product is tried and true and WORTH IT!  The products lasts forever, and these shades, although perfect for being on trend now - are still going to work in later seasons

"Iced Plum" is just right for wearing with a purple smokey eye or even neutral shades!

If you want to punch it up a notch, there is another shade in the collection that is complimentary that has just a bit more boldness, which is "Cool Guava"
