Need a skin detox from blemishes and bad texture?

I just became a serious fan of this brand's new BB Cream, specifically to 'detox' skin from blemishes, uneven skin tone, rough texture ALL while protecting skin from further damage!

What's BB Cream Again?
Beauty Balms or B.B. Creams were originally developed as a perfect post-procedure cream used to treat, hydrate, prime, protect, and camouflage the skin. Great for all skin types including those with sensitive skin, these versatile “five-in-one” formulas are designed to do it all: treat with high levels of active skin care ingredients; moisturize and smooth dehydrated skin; prime and perfect skin’s surface; camouflage and color correct the skin tone; and protect skin from the sun with SPF. As if the phrase 'black label' wasn't glamorous enough, (feels exclusive!) it also hydrates skin while fighting acne and the elements, with an SPF 25 that doesn't feel greasy!

This product works best with a setting powder, I constantly use Tarte's 'Smooth Operator" Amazonian Clay Pore-Reducing and Mattifying Powder

A setting powder seals makeup and provides a layer of absorbent micro-powder to reduce oily shine & reduce the look of pores. The transparency of it keeps it from looking or feeling cakey on top of the BB Cream (or foundation)

If someone says black eyeliner, do you immediately think THIS:
Ahhh! It doesn't have to be like that, but i get it, bold black liner can be intimidating for a lot of people. well, break out of the mindset that black eyeliner is all there is....and try

That's right! You can go with a more natural look that works with most shadows, without making you feel like you've overdone it, especially if you work in a more casual environment and bold makeup just doesn't work!

My favorite plum liners are Urban Decay's 24/7 liner in '1999' (ironically, the year I graduated High School!)
Its fool proof because it can be layered to get a more dramatic look, but just a swipe of it adds definition that works on everyone!
For the liquid liner lover, I am really into Sephora brand liquid liner in "Black Purple" (even better, its only $12!)
Olives
best for blue and brown eyes, olive is actually brightening!
For pencil users, check out Tarte's thick liner with a built in smudger to give yourself the perfect level of definition (or lack thereof)

For those of you regularly use liquid liners, or are looking to try your first one, I am really loving my Eyeko Olive Liquid Liner
it has one of the best applicators out there, that applies with the lightest of touches and it LASTS ALL DAY!!!! (read: great for beginners)
and the fact that its a softer color means that a tiny shake of the hand isn't going to make you look like a hot mess!!

Finally! A gold shimmer that WORKS!!!
I am THRILLED with one of the little items that was in my Christmas stocking this year (my hubby is THAT good!), which was a Chanel Illusion D'Ombre Longwear Eyeshadow in "Vision"
It pairs INCREDIBLY with their winter limited edition quad
(which also made it in the stocking!)
but what I love, is that it is the perfect amount of shimmer. It is 'glittery' but its also very smooth, crease less and it adds instant eye-popping drama to ANY shadow!
If you already have Chanel's 'Aparence' it is very similar, but note that this one is true gold
What I am REALLY liking about it, is that you can layer it over a Rosey-pink and you get this flawless rose-gold (my current obsession) blend that is so brightening, people will think you just woke up from a 7 year nap! HA!

In this look I'm loving the gold on the inner corner and the rose gold all over the lid
Go for a rose-gold look by wearing the colors separately
